"very professional came back to solve the bird problem"

"The response time from the moment you request an assessment of your problem to when they come out to your home to assess the problem to when they actually work on the problem is very quick. I talked to Will, the owner, late afternoon and he came out early the next morning to assess and treat the problem on the same day. The owner is very accessible and the customer service he gives is excellent. The price you pay for pest control services is somewhat higher than other companies, but the response time and excellent service and follow up you receive are well worth it."

"A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the house, they found a dead raccoon lodged in a vent near the air handler. They removed it and THOROUGHLY cleaned the vent. Don’t mess with those big pest control companies! Call Kai instead!"

"These guys are great! For the most part the regular service covers everything we need. I like that they only come every other month. Their communication is outstanding. We did have a bit of a bug problem a few years back due to the excessive rains and flooding which caused bugs to move into our house. I took pictures of the lingering pests and they were able to take care of the problem immediately. We also had a single scorpion come into our house and they had a technician out the very same day to spray the inside of our home. They are a great company to work with. We have been with them for years and see no reason to change providers."

"Lady Liberty Pest Control is incredible and I would highly recommend them. When we were scheduling, John listened carefully to our concerns and explained very thoroughly what treatments would be done. The Technician arrived at the scheduled time. We had a huge hive of Africanized bees that had to be dealt with before any other pest control procedures could be performed. The Tech, Noah, wore a bee suit, but the bees were able to penetrate it and he was stung several times. Despite being stung, Noah valiantly continued to spray the hive and planned to return the next day to spray the hive again and complete the other areas of the home. But because of the multiple stings, Noah was unable to return the next day, so Lady Liberty sent another Tech, John, who had to come from over 100 miles away. After the work was completed, John follow up with us to make sure the bees were eradicated and we were satisfied with the service. We have now signed up for regular pest control services with Lady Liberty and will use them for all our pest control needs. The customer service is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable."

"Appreciate their professions and quick and thorough service."

"The have different rates for your different needs, so you do not have to pay every month or every other month. They tailor plans to fit your needs and budget for pest control. I have never seen any pests in my driveway since using this company. I would say they do an above average job."

"Let me start by saying that in AZ definitely need a miracle not to see a bug or creepy crawler in your home! I hired Carl to do general pest spray . He was able to come out the same day and do a spray throughout my entire house and yard. Communication was superb, he was very upfront and honest about the cost which I appreciated! I chose to go on a monthly service and havenâ  t seen a bug since. Definitely recommend! Best part no locking me in with a contract - love that!"

"I had a rat infestation in my attic. Critter Bros came out and cleared out my attic and set traps. I have not seen any rats since. They were fast and professional. Highly recommend these guys for any “Critter” issues. Great people here!"
