"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"They made time for us and completed the service promptly"

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

Just looking to help people save money and grow my business by undercutting the extremely inflated prices charged by contractors. I do not do contracting and you only need a contractors license if you are contracting. I've been doing this for over 20 years and I am very aware of state law and international building code requirements . I have done extensive work in[historic districts in Phoenix as well as countries renovations and additions as well as complete custom home builds all over the valley . Can obtain permits if necessary and even create blueprints using AutoCAD if necessary(
