"The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. "My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"

"They did great! The job took less than 2 weeks. Renato did a thorough inspection and even went to check attic to check everything. He gave us detailed descriptions of what needed to be done but also did not force us to get things unless we really need to. His boss Jose helped with making this project within our budget. Benjamin the main man that did all the roof did a great job! They were clean and made sure to keep the peace within our surrounding neighbor.
