"Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.   

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

"Sam came out on a Sunday to inspect our problem. Wasps were getting inside our bathroom via the skylight. I couldn't live with them in our house any longer. Sam climbed up to roof and sprayed many wasps and their nests. Once he finished, I mentioned that they were swarming in the back yard. He had the expertise to check under our umbrella, that had been closed for months, and found dozens inside - yuk!! So he sprayed in there and also other areas. Needless to say I am very happy with his services and can again rest easy inside my home without those terrible pests!

"They have alternative methods of getting rid of termites. They drill and put orange oil into the walls and termites really don't like that. We didn't get rid of them all right away. It took several times coming here. They will come back again and again. They tried freezing them and that didn't work. They will change and alternate options. They worked with us and finally really solved the problem. They have these alternatives for people that don't want that poisonous chemical in their home. We have two structures on our property and we had to rip off a lot of fascia board. I wanted them to come and go over every place they saw dry rot and termites. They treated the termites and showed the workmen where the dry rot needed to be cut or dug out so it wouldn't keep progressing. They spent a lot of time here that time. Their fee was very reasonable. It was $335 no matter how many times I used them but I didn't tent. I liked that they had options. It was green pest control and termites rather than poisonous to the person. I need to call them for an inspection. They don't charge additional fees to come back and check something. I had a contract with them and they gave me a report of everything they found. They accommodated my requests. They were patient and didn’t blow me off.  I have to have them come back and do the main house now. They are my team."
