"I am very happy to give King Pest Solutions a 5 Star review. Their representative, Eric, arrived on time and gave me an overview of what he was going to do to protect our house from termites. Together we walked around the perimeter of my house and he showed me the tools he was going to use and answered all my questions before getting started. The process took about 2 1/2 hours to complete and my home is now protected. Eric was efficient and knowledgeable about the process and, once again, made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I will certainly continue to work with King Pest Solutions in the future."

"Jacob responded quickly to my request for a quote. He called me and we talked about my termite situation. Based on our conversation he gave me a quote and said he could come out to look at the problem and confirm it if I wanted him to. He came out and looked at the job and confirmed his quote and we made an appointment for him to complete the work. Jacob is very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and did a great job. "After hiring but prior to service being performed the winged termites swarmed my bedroom and sunroom. It was so frightening to see hundreds of these things crawling on my floor,ceilings,and my bed. I didn't know what to do so I called the sales rep. He told me to put down the bug spray which was toxic for me and my dog and ride this out he helped to calm me and assured me that the termites with wings were not the ones which caused damage. They were coming out to die and going towards the light. I have to say that having termites inside your home is a horrible experience in itself, but it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone to help me through this and I've not seen one since they performed the service. Other companies were cheaper, but terminex knows their business and the house now has a lifetime guarantee against these horrible pests."

"The company did an overall great job with the pest control and matched the price with another company I used in the past. One problem I noticed that the company does not spray the yard where more insects can be like ants. It would be extra for that service. The other company does not charge extra for that service. I will talk to the manager about that before next insect service call."
