"I called and left a message.  He called me back within an hour.  We made an appointment for him to come out the next day.  He stated he would be here between 12 and 1.  He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way, and arrived around 12:30.  He took a look at the situation, and gave me an estimate.  He was very willing to let me look on as he investigated the problem, and explained what he was doing.
 He returned the next day within the time frame he said,  with the appropriate parts.  He had to cut into the cedar siding to cover the larger hole (that was left by a someone who previously tried to help me) with a piece of wood and replaced the faucet and pipe.  He placed the piece of wood and secured it with 4 screws making sure there was no space left around the wood (that might leak).  He was not able to replace the drywall, but gave me suggestions on what needed to be done.
He replaced the toilet tank inards with a good sturdy pipe and chain and included a tube that would help keep the tank clean.
When he finished he showed me what he had done, showed how easy it was now to turn on the faucet.  He cleaned up so well that you would not know any work was done.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
