"The project went very well. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work preparing the area with protective tarps and ground cover. There are many flower gardens around the house and they made sure they were protected. The roof was stripped and all trash was thrown into a trash receptacle. Once the roof was stripped, the crew began reroofing. The entire house was reroofed by mid afternoon. I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the work performed. I would Extreme Exteriors for any home improvement project. I would give them a A Plus rating."

"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

"Called and spoke to Lee regarding chimneys at a home I just purchased. Never having a chimney, I didn't even know where to start. He came out promptly, assessed the situation and provided feedback on what needed to be done to make them functional. He quoted a fair price for the materials and labor involved, and promptly got to work. He did a great job and the new chimney cap looks great and should last a lifetime. In addition to the predefined work, he added on additional items at no charge (sealing loose flashings on front chimney and providing a log holder for the fireplace).

Alice at Weatherstone made sure to fit me in before my deadline and was tremendously pleasant and helpful while answering my questions. The inspectors name was Zach who was a very friendly and very knowledgeable young man who offered his helpful thoughts on repairs while performing an extremely thorough inspection. Three and a half hours later, with 99 pictures of the property taken, the inspection was complete. Very satisfied customer, would definitely recommend."

When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
