"This is a great hot water heater."

"Mathew was excellent! He immediately diagnosed and fixed an issue with the way new Rheem Water Heaters react to well water. Charlotte Plumbing did a great install as well yet not sure of his name. Have used them in past and wouldn't use anyone else!"

"Great installer team.. Good communication, good work and no attempt to sell unnecessary things?. recommend them"

"Shane called and was able to have someone out the same day without any nonsense , great service and fair price. Others were ready to sell me a new water heater but he was able to fix mine as I hoped."

"I give Jose & Bryan top marks for their really quick response, their integrity and their reasonable pricing. I had low water pressure which they fixed by replacing the filters in all the faucets I will be using Shaddai Plumbing for all future plumbing needs."

"Called a little early for me, but arrived at appointment time. Knew exactly what the problem was with my well pump. Problem was taken care of in a short amount of time without having to replace my well pump, which other services had pretty much told me over the phone â  itâ  s a bad pumpâ  . Very happy with Mikeâ  s service & knowledge . Would definitely hire him again & refer to friends."

"Very quick response. Contacted them in morning and they installed water heater that same day."

"Matt came to look up the water heater and suggested what was required to repair and or replace the water circulator pump. We are still deciding which course to take as the pump replacement is very expensive."
