We told them we had picked out a vanity, but upon removal of the old unit, they told us that the one we chose would not be practical and suggested anther style.. They even took us to the supplier, picked up and delivered the new vanity and necessary accessories. No one has ever done that. They finished the job same day. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. When Vinnie entered my home today for the first time, he stated that he wanted to become my plumber, the plumber I will call in the future for all my plumbing problems. "The plumber did the job as required, replacing a leaky faucet with a replacement I had ;received under warrantee. He also replaced a jerry-rigged trap, as a courtesy. The plumber was courteous and professional and provided a neat and quality job. The only reservation I have is that the cost for replacing the failed faucet looked high. However, since the plumber went above and beyond expectations by also replacing the drain, I am satisfied."

"Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."
