"We're selling a beautiful home in a historic neighborhood, and our real estate agent suggested we make some repairs and improvements to increase the sale value. I solicited bids from 5 contractors, and Amadou from Lo's Contracting stood out as the right choice from our first meeting. He was friendly and punctual, and worked with us to understand our goals (return on investment during a home sale) and put together a detailed and organized scope of work. The job included a light kitchen remodel (painted cabinets, granite counter top, new fixtures and appliances), light bathroom remodel, interior paint and touch up, exterior siding repairs and touch up, and about a million other little details. His prices were competitive against scrappier, disorganized contractors, and the work started the same week we signed. His crew did a great job, the communication was solid, and he resolved the one problem we had (a bulge in a new marmoleum floor) quickly and without question. I truly can't recommend Amadou and Lo's contracting enough."

"2024 basement remodel with AM Leech, including bedroom, office, bathroom, and laundry room. Adrian and Jim and entire crew were friendly, highly skilled, communicative, prompt, and honest. Easy permitting process that they took care of, and all of their sub-contractors such as electrical, plumbing, and drywall were at the same level of high standards as AM Leech. They were willing to troubleshoot, change gears as needed, and were all around responsive to our needs. Highly recommend."

"I needed to hang a door for an outdoor shed. Rob came out and assessed what needed to be done THE VERY NEXT DAY! Very responsive communication. He got back to me promptly with quite an impressive proposal. I actually did not go forward on it due to my own financial limitations and it’s not his fault. I thought his estimate was fair for his professionalism. However, I will be reaching out again next year when I remodel my kitchen! I’ll have more of a budget then :)"

"WE LOVE JOSH! We initially hired him to remodel a kitchen after another contractor botched the job. Josh fixed everything and got everything finished the way it should been in the first place! We have since hired him for two more jobs: pouring a concrete driveway extension for RV parking, and replacing some siding and painting the entire exterior of the house. Josh is meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work, he is super easy to work with! I HIGHLY recommend Josh, we will continue to hire him for all of our construction needs!"

"These folks were wonderful! They helped us do renovations on a 100 yr old house starting with restoration of a previously flooded finished basement. They did a fantastic kitchen remodel with new cabinets, counters, and tile. They helped us get a landscaping master plan and then we used them to do the hardscape including a beautiful 18 X 18 paver patio. I liked the way they do things right, and gave me advice along the way that I could trust."

"Hire this man. 10/10 Josh and his team remodeled our entire exterior: new windows, siding, doors, garage door, garden boxes, garage doors, patio, fencing, insulation and exterior paint. (All in 8 short weeks!) He was sweet, professional, affordable, fast and the highest quality. Josh not only cares about the job, but cares about his clients as well. Our beloved dog was hit and killed in the road outside our house last year, which prompted this whole project. Josh went the extra mile and checked and re-checked that the new fence was safe for the dogs. The compassion he showed us meant so much and I can honestly say this man has changed our lives for the better. Thank you so much Josh. :)"

"Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our basement. Not only did they finish the project ahead of schedule, they also helped replace parts of our stairs at no extra cost and were extremely flexible and easy to work with throughout the project. If I ever have any other major home remodels or framing needs, or friends/family that need the same, I am for sure going to start with MSW as a top tier option!!"

"I had originally hired a different contractor who never finish the job. Phil and his amazing crew came in and did amazing fast work. Iâ m so impressed I would highly recommend them. They remodel our basement where there was a kitchen living room and bedroom. They completed in within a reasonable amount of time and very fair on their pricing."

"We had a rental property which we needed to update and remodel the kitchen of. Christian came out and was very professional, respectful and had a ton of insight regarding our project. Wealth of experience between Christian and his father. The work was completed on time and on budget. We truly could not have asked for a better general contractor. I would highly highly recommend Harris and Sons to anyone looking for a remodeling contractor."
