"Mr. Plumber does excellent work! Jason put in about 9 hrs. straight replacing the main water pipe in the ground in a home we own. He even stayed after he finished his part of the work, waiting for the City of Atlanta Water Dept. to show up to fix the leak on the adjacent sidewalk to the house. He didn't have to do that, but he wanted to make sure everything was finished properly before he went home for the evening. Very impressed with Jason's desire to make sure job was finished properly. His work was excellent."

"I noticed that the air conditioning system was blowing warm air instead of cool air over the Memorial Day weekend.  I checked the thermostat and everything was working there.  I went outside and checked the condenser and noticed that the blades were turning but that there was cool air coming from the top of it (I'm used to the air being warmer above the condenser unit).  So I figured I'd better get someone to look at it.  Since I'm new to GA, I asked my neighbor for a recommendation.
I looked up Moncrief's website and left a service request on Monday afternoon and figured they'd call me when they got into the office on Tuesday. Needless to say, I was very surprised that they called me on a holiday to set up an appointment to take a look at the air conditioner.  They sent a technician out on Tuesday morning to look at it, had the engineer come out Wednesday morning before I went into work to determine what sized replacement unit I needed, and this morning (Thursday) the technician was here and installed the new condenser and coil.  And my house is now cool again.
The engineer also recommended that with the higher efficiency systems that they're recommend one more return vent on the main floor.  His explanation made sense and in now way did I feel that he was trying to sell me additional services or increase the bill. Adding the return vent this morning cost an extra $200 (if they'd to make a separate trip later it would cost $400-$500). 
It's a pleasure to work with a company that is prompt and professional."

"The work was completed well. However, one technician looked at me like I was crazy with all my questions and neither of them seemed pleased with me asking questions. I like to know all my options and informed when I'm paying money and someone is working in my house. They upgraded the toilet for more money without telling me up front that it costed more. The main technician said it was bc the other didn't know much about the price...in that case he should've asked or said he didn't know when I explicitly asked him up front."

"It's never pleasant to start your week with a plumbing issue that results in a nasty backup in the bathroom. After realizing it was not something we could address ourselves, we went to Angie's List and found GForce plumbing - a quick call and Jeremy was able to squeeze us in the same day (which was impressive considering it was first thing on a Monday following a holiday weekend). Eric came out and after having a look at our total situation, was able to bring the right tools and get the job done quickly and efficiently. We thought the blockage was cleared initially, but he was thorough and repeatedly tested it (which was a good thing, because the issue required a few more attempts to clear). Pricing seemed fair and this positive experience will put GForce at the top of my list to call for any future plumbing issues (emergencies or optional/remodel work)."

"Wendell provided a prompt and excellent service. He got my drain completely clear and even added some additional service at no extra cost. Of all the companies I called around Jonesboro/Hampton he was the only one available immediately and he came within an hour!!!!!!!! Most importantly He was the only company that was cost efficient !!!!!!!!!!!!! 
He was accompanied by another gentleman; both were friendly, professional and got the job done effectively. He was also able to let me know what caused the problem, how I needed to remedy it. I was happy and highly satisfied with the service received.

"Overall I rate the service as a B. There was some initial confusion on how large my tank was as well as the location of my tank since it had not been serviced since the house was built in 2005. I was originally quoted $350, but the job quickly increased to $900 due to the fact that the guys had to dig in my front yard and there was two tanks that needed to be pumped (that's what I was told I needed to due based on the type of system I had). I am not familiar with septic since all of my previous homes were on sewer, I went ahead with the recommendation because its always better to be safe than sorry. I was disappointed with the fact that my yard had a huge bare spot and mud was tracked on my front porch.
