"I was expecting and prepared to have to tunnel or break concrete, but Morgan Leak Detection came in, located the leak and was able to bypass the bad line and reroute it with only a few simple to patch holes in the drywall. They were able to get a repair I expected to cost $7000 down to $2000. They are definitely not the cheapest guys in town if compared task for task, but they close the gap in service, honesty, and efficiency. I wanted a specialist for my problem and I was willing to pay to get the best. They delivered and I believe saved me a great deal of money in the long run. I had a friend with a similar problem a few weeks ago who got a huge quote from another plumber. I told her to give Morgan a call. Again, they found the leak and were able to perform a reroute that saved her money over the tunneling proposed by the other guy and Morgan was able to get to the job sooner to boot. "THey were very accommodating and professional. The repair was needed for a broken filter in our water filtration system, and the water company had cut off our water due to the leak. The filter had to be ordered, so I asked the plumber to just bypass the system, since I didn't know if we would replace the filter at all. He did as we asked, and said if we did decide to order a filter so that we could benefit from the filtration system, he had by-passed the system in such a way as to make it easily returned to its previous status. I'm sorry to see that they are no longer on your referral list."
