"Tom was great. Very cool guy I called him to get rid of ants he showed me how they were getting in and also showed me all the mudbeds in the basement I had from termites . I had no idea . He came back the next morning, he was on time , did his thing and took care of everything in a couple hours .he also showed me a subtle plumbing leak I need to take care of, that could’ve caused a lot of damage .hes got a good eye . I’m very glad I called him and defiently will call him back for any more pest services in the future . 10/10 experience "

"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. He inspected all my furniture and asked where else I would like him to look. Thankfully, he did not find any bedbugs, but gave me great advice about how to spot and avoid them showing me an illustration of what the life cycle of a bed bug looks like and where to find them. "We had a really bad experience of calling in the afternoon for a same day appointment for a bee emergency. We were told they could come out no problem and would arrive between 4-5. We were told later they would be delayed until between 5:30-6. Finally at 5:45 we got a call that they weren?t coming at all. This was the worst business to work with. We were in an emergency and would have called other companies if they had been upfront and honest about not being able to arrive for same day treatment. Would never work with them again or recommend."
