"We hired Bonsby to inspect a previously backed up sewage line to determine the source of the issue and whether our upstairs neighborâ s unit is responsible, if our pipes are connected, etc. Our service tech Jairo was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his entire assessment (the walls were still open from the restoration work so we could see all of the pipes) he explained which pipe went where, their overlap, how everything worked and took plenty of pics/videos. He also showed me another leak in the pipes and came up with an estimate for all the necessary work on the spot. "This company was highly rated on Home Advisor. That is why I hired them. They sent a **junior** plumber to rework the pipes in the shower of a 60-year-old house. I also asked that a new faucet be installed in the lower-level bathroom. In the case of the bathroom repiping, a couple of mistakes were made according to the tile installer who had to ask for a correction. In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. I certainly did not want that to occur to replace a faucet. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
