"I have a enormous fear of rodents and I could hear them in my ceiling. Appointment was set immediately and Rich was on time. He allowed me to explain my issues and he then explained to me exactly what he would do and their services. When he arrived he spotted the point of entry for these creatures and went right to work. I paid for a year contract and they have been out for follow up appointments multiple times. They have displayed nothing but professionalism and patience. I felt like I was going crazy hearing the rodents in my ceiling and it was driving my cats crazy because they couldn't get to them. The price was well worth the service provided.
