"Initially, there was some miscommunication between myself, Lowe's and the installers. I had told the Lowe's sales person that I wanted to have new linoleum tiles installed over existing linoleum tiles (possibly containing asbestos), and was told this would be okay. However, when the installer arrived, he explained that the existing tile was in poor condition and would have to be removed first. I had to to so and reschedule the installation, which was fairly frustrating. It seems to me that the Lowe's flooring department could have told me that my existing tile would have to be inspected first. The installation itself went very smoothly. The installers were extremely professional and worked quickly."
