Starting with my initial call, my service request was handled very competently and carefully and I received what I needed, even though I wasn't exactly sure of what all I needed when I made the initial call. This professionalism extended to the actual service which was conducted by Seth in a very safe (COVID) and capable manner. He was so conscientious helpful and left my house having gotten our range back to "like new" with no mess or fuss. Thank you Seth! "Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. "This was my second recommendation from Angie’s List. I left a detailed message over the 7/4 weekend and received call back on Monday morning. After confirming my message, confirming the age of my washer and diagnosing the problem, I was given an estimate. He he also said that perhaps, I should consider replacement. I said that I would call back after I received the 3rd estimate. He wished me a good day! I decided on replacing the washer instead or repairing but, will remember D&T for future repairs."
