Due to my work was just completed yesterday, I would say as of right now, my water ð ¦ leak that was wasting 10 gallons of precious water every hour is fixed. It seems the biggest complaint on this company is the cost. It is very expensive. James did give a cost before the service. I will be honest and say this, as fast as the leak was found â located within 3 shovels of dirtâ No water had to be pumped. Too much mud, the pump would not work. I was expecting the price to be lowered. However it was not. I say this! My wasting water is fixed. ( hopefully) my mind is clear and I slept very good. If I or other customers are intentionally deceived in pricing, it will truly come back on the company. It always does. Sometimes a slow burn ð ¥ other times poof! Up in smoke. I have nothing bad to say about the service that was given once they got here. Today is Beautiful! I"

"I received an email a few days later with the estimate for labor, which we were fine with. However, there was no information in the email about the hardware, so I replied with a request for that information. There was another back and forth while I tried to help her (his assistant, who is the one who sends his emails) understand that there had apparently been some snafu at the beginnng, on their part. She was extremely condescending, a poor communicator and, at the end of our conversation, downright rude! Next thing I know I receive an email "declining this job" and recommending Lowes. Lol. I know Jason is very busy and aren't we all! However, the person who acts as your liaison to your potential customers can make or break you and I believe she is costing him money! I hate to see our business relationship come to an end, particularly after sending him tens of thousands of dollars in referrals, but it is what it is."

Precision Plumbing called and made an appointment to come out a couple of hours later as soon as I entered an online request for a plumber. They called a little while later and said they were through with the job they were working on and could come out right away. They showed up promptly and were very friendly and very professional. Within minutes we had water running again. The price was reasonable and I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely call them again."

"I knew we had found our plumber after talking to Mike on the phone....so personable and easy to talk to and a man who knows PLUMBING!!! I doubt you would have a problem he could not solve!! He made himself available right away on Jan. 1st and 2nd (no holiday fees) and solved our issues so I have time to sit and review him today. He works around the Atlanta area and does new installations as well as repairs that are located quite a distance from his home. His skilled helper, Kevin, and Mike worked very hard to quickly resolve our problems and we will not hesitate to call Mike the Plumber in the future!"

"These guys were so professional and willing to work around a tight schedule to get the work done. They were able to add access panels to repair a leaking fixture, change out three valve plumbing to a single valve set up within a matter of hours. They did a great job and cleaned up behind themselves, something my last plumber didn't do. It was a pleasure doing business with them! If you are in need of plumbing services, I highly recommend."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

They were very courteous and extremely careful not to soil our carpets or scratch the hardwood floor when moving out the old heater. I will call on them again when I have any plumbing problems."
