He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. "Jose was a hands on leader for the entire project overseeing his team and personally handling much of the tricky detail work. We had a very complicated composite deck with a dock on the water and he handled it all extremely well. They also had some extra deck material and were able to use every last square foot to replace a small side deck in less than one extra day. We also felt his pricing was quite fair. "Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended. "
