The team worked well together, were very professional and pleasant. We went with the 2.5 ton Bryant heat pump which replace a 25+ year old system. We had only moved in to our modular home about a year ago and new the replacement was needed within 3 years. "My husband and I bought our house in June 2012. The central AC unit has been working fine, but we don't know much about it (first-time home owners) and we've never had it serviced. Portland is in the midst of unusually long-lasting hot weather so I thought it would be a good idea to have it looked it. Our AC unit would also blow normal air after being on for about 6 hours so we wanted to make sure we weren't doing something wrong. 
    I looked at the deals listed, and called around to many places to see how quickly they could come out. All other places were booked out a few weeks (understandable for summer, especially in the midst of this unusual weather). SunGlow was able to come within a few days. I did call them the next day after I purchased the deal as I did not want to wait for them to call me. 
    The technician arrived on-time which was great. He was very polite. He asked what the problem was and my husband explained to him that we are first-time home owners, we've been using the unit but don't know much about it, and that it occasionally blows non-cold air. He was nervous telling the technician that as the tech could have taken advantage of us and tried to sell us something we didn't need, as we wouldn't have known better. That was not the case, however. The technician kindly took a look at our unit and explained many things to my husband that we didn't know. Things about proper usage and how to clean the air filter. The filter was filthy and he told us how often to clean it/change it and showed us where it was. He also let us know that our unit would blow normal air sometimes because the coil that controls the temperature is pretty dirty. My husband asked if we needed a new one, and the tech said no, not for a long time. He told us that we could clean it, but to also put our unit on auto after about 3 hours of running, let it run on auto for an hour, then switch it back to on, and that would let the coil kind of reset it's temperature. That was very helpful to know.
    He was at our house less than an hour but was very helpful. We did what he said yesterday, and I do notice a difference in the temperature already. 
    We will use this company again in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

"This morning I had a service call with Roth to fix my temperamental a/c unit. I called Roth first thing this morning and spoke with Brittney. Letting her know my unit stopped working yesterday. She went above and beyond and was able to get me squeezed in the same day. YAY!!! Just a couple hours later Berry and his tech assistant arrived. I was able to inform them on what problem I was having and let them get to work. A little while later they let me know they replaced a board on my unit. Barry informed me that he already contacted his supervisor and was able to replace it with no charge. Again, another YAY!!! Having things break or go wrong in your home is stressful enough. Finding a good company with great employees is a breath of fresh air. Roth is lucky to have these employees Representing them. I will continue to recommend them to others and call them for future jobs. Thank you again."
