"I called and Schmitty's told me they could have someone there at 8 AM the next day. They called the next morning and confirmed that the repair team was on its way and two members of Schmitty's staff arrived shortly thereafter, showing up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were courteous and efficient, and soon had the problem valve apart. It was an older design (40 year old house) and not the brand of valve I'd suggested when I'd called them so they had to go out to obtain the necessary replacement part but they were back soon and the installation went very quickly. The valve works fine now and I'm happy."

"They did an excellent job and everything was done on time and with exactness. They work very professionally but they also had fun as they worked. The final price ended up being right on with what the estimated price was. They provided all the materials and they cleaned up when they were finished and didn’t leave a mess behind for us to have to clean up. They listened to us and to what our desires were and then they explained the different options that we had. They were very respectful not only to us but to our property. Trevor did a great job replacing the faucet. He was prompt, courteous and completely professional, and he took the time to consult on a couple of other faucets that need will attention some time in the future (slight leak in the bathroom sink faucet and shower faucets that have a lot of play and are sometimes hard to turn off).
