Matt was professional and so nice. We have a small yard that was recently disrupted by installing a pool, and that apparently welcomed our first gopher which destroyed part of the lawn. All gone. "They were good at finding the evidence of mouse droppings which had eluded me. They also discovered that a creature (turns out it was a skunk) had clawed/bitten its way through a wire grate and was residing beneath the house. Blocked off the hole and captured the creature. I'm not sure if they removed the skunk or simply released blocked up the hole and released him on the property. After they released the first skunk, they reset the trap. Something triggered the trap but nothing was caught. I gave them a C on responsiveness because I had to call a few times to ask them to come and pick up their trap. It took them a couple of weeks to pick up the trap. Perhaps they were heavily booked? The reason I would not hire them again is because I found a service that would make the needed repairs in addition to the animal removal. Otherwise, the young man was kind and helpful."
