Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. "3 days before an impending cold front, my furnace just stopped working on a Sunday!  I called Supreme and the technician was available to come out later that day.  Every other company I called didn't even answer the phone, even those that claimed to have weekend hours.  He arrived at the time he estimated (even a little early) and was very friendly and professional.  He did not find an obvious problem but after thoroughly evaluating the unit and adjusting some wires, the heat began to flow.  He waited for some time to ensure it was indeed working and took pictures of the inside of my unit so that if it stopped working, he would be prepared to come back with specific replacement parts that might be needed.
