"Genna was punctual and always called in advance to let me know he was on his way. The hinge on my wall oven door had broken so door just hung open. They had to order a new part but the front desk person was quick to call and setup the followup appointment once they knew the day the part was supposed to arrive. Genna was very efficient and fixed it quickly and even was able to bend the inside of my door back into place where it had come away at the sides."

"I called on a Monday to request a service visit for (1) of our (2) refrigerators. I was quickly provided a Wednesday appointment. I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available. I'm certain this saved me yet another repair and I was very happy Curtis was willing to do that ad hoc inspection for me. Overall I am very please and would very much recommend M&M Appliance.
