"Very professional and courteous did their best to install my new shower/tub set in our master bathroom. Had an issue with the new tub spigot which was not their fault and did their best to make things work along with suggestions to finish it off completely. "These people are great. They provided a competitive bid which we reviewed to three other companies and accepted. They explained how they would do the work and why they made the recommendations that they had made. They communicated with us between bid acceptance and job day to let us know their progress. They arrived on time. Their truck and tools were clean and organized. They prepped our home with plastic sheeting and tarps to collect any debris that may have fallen. They removed all of the sheeting, tarps etc and took it with them. They completed the task in less time then expected yet provided a greater r factor insulation (deeper fill) than the bid required. Very polite, respectful people. We've already recommended them to two friends! My wife and I are looking forward to this summer and the change this will make in our comfort and electric bills! Highly recommend them."

"From first contact, dealing with them was a good experience. The price, and product was satisfactory. We feel they went above and beyond in accommodating our requests when it came to removing security bars, allowing several days so I could paint them, and then reinstalling them when the new windows were installed. They even agreed to remove/reinstall non-window related security bars so I could paint them. The only reason we rated Professionalism as Good, is that there was a delay in getting a couple of the windows installed due to a delivery issue with the manufacturer. Due to the delay, we had to schedule 2 installation dates. Overall, very satisfied with the windows, sliding door, and service. Will recommend Premier Windows to friends and family."

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."
