In the case of the lower bathroom faucet, I was told that because of the pedestal sink, a portion of the bathroom wall would have to be replaced. Ultimately, this inexperienced plumber asked the main office to send another plumber to do the work and determine how to save the wall in the process. Day 2, a more experienced plumber came, changed the faucet without further adieu. The total cost of all of this far exceeded what I expected."
