I talked to Will, the owner, late afternoon and he came out early the next morning to assess and treat the problem on the same day. The owner is very accessible and the customer service he gives is excellent. The price you pay for pest control services is somewhat higher than other companies, but the response time and excellent service and follow up you receive are well worth it."

"A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the house, they found a dead raccoon lodged in a vent near the air handler. They removed it and THOROUGHLY cleaned the vent. Don’t mess with those big pest control companies! Call Kai instead!"

"These guys are great! For the most part the regular service covers everything we need. I like that they only come every other month. Their communication is outstanding. We did have a bit of a bug problem a few years back due to the excessive rains and flooding which caused bugs to move into our house. I took pictures of the lingering pests and they were able to take care of the problem immediately. We also had a single scorpion come into our house and they had a technician out the very same day to spray the inside of our home. They are a great company to work with. We have been with them for years and see no reason to change providers."

He was able to come out the same day and do a spray throughout my entire house and yard. Communication was superb, he was very upfront and honest about the cost which I appreciated!
