"maintance on my septic tank requires it to be pumped out every 3 years. I called around and got good quote for pump out from All About Septic Service Inc and I made an appointment for 10 am. The lady I spoke to said that they would call when they were on their way. I received call and they could arrive before 10 am and I said ok. The arrived located the lid to my septic tank and pumped it out and hosed down the interior of the tank. put lid back on along with sod on top and as of today you can not tell were they worked on the tank.. They were very knowledgeable and will use then again when the next 3 years is up"

"I thought my pump wasn't working on the sprinkler system. We draw water from the lake. It's been extremely hot and we needed it fixed asap. Tom (one of the techs) came by and trouble shot my system. He found the pump was good (saved me over $300 just for the pump), He continued looking ,found the problem and fixed it. "The lawn pump/well was running and not pumping water. I had no idea why and did not feel like spending a day figuring it out and running back and forth to a plumbing supply house for parts. Therefore, we looked up someone to fix the problem on Angie’s List. D and E came out in a truck that contained all of the parts needed to fix just about anything. The technician was very professional and after I showed him where the pump and controls were, he got right to work. He had the pump apart in 10 minutes, found the bad seal (probably from the pump running dry or all of the valves turned off). He replaced the seal and tested everything. It all works fine now. All I can say is, “That was easy”. Thanks again to Angie's List and thank you D and E for making my day a nice one. <br />"

By 11 that morning he had someone at my house to replace the pump. I was concerned I was going to be without water for the weekend and REALLY appreciated their SUPER FAST response. After the install the service man wrote the invoice and while I thought it was a little high I was just glad to have it done quickly and I could get back to my life. About a week later I got a letter from GW Plumbing with a check from them. They had found a math error on the invoice and WITHOUT me prompting them sent me a refund for the correction. WOW!!!! I was sooo impressed!"

"The service man came promptly and found that something in the timing mechanism had jammed. He took time to show me what had happened so that I could fix it if it happened again. He also replaced some of the worn parts so that the system would continue to work well. I asked if he wanted to add salt with this visit, but he said I should let what was in the bin get finished and then refill. I will call them again."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
