"Outstanding service!! <br /> We purchased this home 11 months ago, and have found the previous owners hadn't maintained the septic system properly. We had to make some improvements to allow proper access. When we did and the septic contractor was able to service it, we found the trash tank had never been pumped (home is 11 yrs old), and was therefore damaging the aerator. <br /> Baker was recommended to us by the septic tech, and we got the appointment set up for this morning. Bill arrived early, which was absolutely no problem. We dug down to expose the opening to the tank while Bill started on the others. Originally we wanted only the trash tank done, but as noted on other reviews, he recommended doing all of them. <br /> Once he got to the that tank, he found it was nearly completely packed! The previous occupants had put many items through the system including feminine products and cooking oil, which formed a HUGE clog. Bill got all of it cleaned out, but it took him a little longer than and quot;usualand quot;. He gave us some information on what was okay and not okay for the system, how often he recommended we have it done (3 yrs for just 2 of us with frequent visitors), and confirmed the aerator was just about shot. He also set us up for an e-mail reminder when the next pumping was due. <br /> Overall, service was great! Highly recommend them. We live in an area where ALL homes use septic systems, and Bill was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. <br />"

It would have been better to let me know clearly that the installer was over booked because I stayed home for three days when I had things that I needed to do and was waiting."

He carefully dug a hole working around tree roots and underground wires. A PVC pipe for our sprinkler system was broken. Two pipes were side-by-side so he had to make sure the one next to it was ok. Jonathan told me what he was doing as he worked. I've done many repairs to our homes over the years and enjoy knowing how things work. Jonathan had to go to a supply house for the new pipe and returned within a half hour. No wasted time here! He waited for the seals to dry and tested to make sure there were no leaks. "I originally called them to clear my sewer line. I had initially called Roto Rooter and I was displeased with them so I called Bryco. Bryco seems to be very honest. They came out and tried to clean the line as much as they could and used a scope and found that there was a break in the line under my foundation. They figured out where exactly where the break was and advised me to check if I had insurance. They gave me an estimate and explained what they needed to do. I gave the ok and they started the work. They've been very professional and have kept me informed of the progress. They have been considerate in informing us ahead of time when there would be no water available. So far everything seems to be going alright. It is a big project, inspectors needed to be called and is estimated that it will take about 3 weeks (any day now). They've done all the trenching, installed a sewer line clean out for me at my request, which I really appreciated. So far, I am very pleased with their service."
