"Tom was great. Very cool guy I called him to get rid of ants he showed me how they were getting in and also showed me all the mudbeds in the basement I had from termites . I had no idea . He came back the next morning, he was on time , did his thing and took care of everything in a couple hours .he also showed me a subtle plumbing leak I need to take care of, that could’ve caused a lot of damage .hes got a good eye . "Ramos Wildlife Removal were the only company not outrageously priced when asked to remove a trapped wildlife animal. I had already purchased traps and caught an opossum the first night-now I just needed someone to come take it away. Most companies wanted $250 and above, just for removal. Ramos was very considerate of my situation given I lived in a townhouse that I only rented. Since I explained I had a family of opossum and raccoons making a ruckus at night he only charged $150 to remove the first animal and stated any other removal would just cost $75. Not only was Ramos understanding, but they were here the same day within less then an hour. I will be doing business with this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to assist in wildlife removal."

"Don?t waste your time or money. Guy came out filled some holes and laid some traps. Was supposed to come back in two weeks (included in what I paid the first time) to check the traps and nobody ever came. I was then told there was a scheduling issue and my ?monthly appointment? would be happening this week. I asked if this would be considered the free two week visit and then was ignored. Haven?t heard anything back since nor did anybody come again. I have been resetting the traps myself and on top of that, half of the traps are defective and don?t snap when triggered. Which they would have known had they come back for the two week follow up. So now I have had to buy new traps to put into the boxes on top of what I already paid these guys to never come back like they said they would. "

Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue. "
