"The guys had to work to coax the top off the sewer line. After getting the top off, they rodded the line and it seemed to go well. They said no problems. Will use again next year for the maintenance."

"I really couldn't ask for more. A crew came out to repair and install a new sewer drain and pipes. They were professional, courteous, punctual and strived for honest communication. In particular, I thought Max, the owner, went above and beyond to try to ensure he communicated accurately and be as helpful and responsive as possible. He was also super helpful in recommending I file an insurance claim, and was responsive to my insurance adjuster's requests. My claim was turned around very quickly as a result. Would definitely use Windy City Rooter again! Thanks, guys. You alleviated a lot of my stress."

"Had an issue with the sewer main come up around 10 pm they were here the next day. Fair price and they got the job done quickly."

"Wonderful! The toilet has never been this easy to flush. You used to have to hold down the handle for 10to15seconds to flush. That drove me crazy. We should have done this repair years ago. We also got estimates for additional plumbing work we need done. Estimates seem competive.
