I planned on using the previous valve assembly (with an old style permanently attached supply line) and attaching it to the faucet. Of course it leaked and having done these valve replacements in the past I knew what a pain it was and I just didn't want to go thru the frustration again. I called BP and made an appointment. Billy showed up right on time, introduced himself, did the work; no muss no fuss. I had a new drain assembly so he used that but used his own valves and new supply lines. The price I show reflects a coupon discount, otherwise it would have been $156. Definitely recommend and use again! <br />"

"Konstantine Aselas came and carefully cut the CPVC to install copper piping from the back wall and fit the new pressure relief valve and the brass ball valve shutoff, anchoring the works to the side walls of the narrow closet. He tagged everything, so the installation is as neat and clear as can be. He covered all the floors before he started and made sure things were spotless when he left."

"We were having a water emergency. Our water bill shot up to $2300.00 but we couldn't find a leak in the house.  Every minute counted as we knew water was coming out from somewhere.  I then noticed water pooling just outside our wall near the entrance of the house.   I called my usual plumbers (who are all great, and found on Angie's list as well) but no one could do diagnostics/leak search. Mr. Harris answered my call immediately and came to the house that same day.  He found the problem and advised me that I did not have to call the city for another diagnostic study (city was charging about $400 for the service).   <br /> This was a MAJOR job.  The broken pipe was inside the concrete wall in the foundation of the house.  A new hole had to be drilled into the concrete to replace the pipe.  It look all day to fix it, but it was done in one day.  Crew cleaned up very well after, as if they were never there.  Price was as estimated and I got a 10% discount for being on Angie's List as well.   <br /> I was a homeowner in crisis and it was such a relief for a company to come to the rescue immediately and efficiently. <br /> <br />"
