"They didn't give me the option to just replace the faucet and cartridges. Their estimate ended up being $1600 which included the stopper, p-trap, and a faucet that was more quality and that could only be serviced by plumbers. I ended up going with another plumber who installed a faucet I supplied for $275. A bit later they called back and said that due to some emergencies (our toilet really wasn't an emergency) they had to reschedule us to 4pm.
