"CJ found that there was a water leak in the condensation exhaust PVC. The corrosive water was going into the furnace. He spent time thoroughly cleaning and inspecting both our furnace and AC unit. He has masked and made sure he was keeping our home in good order. We made an appointment with an installer to repair the leak. Thanks CJ!"

"The quality was great and the plumber was incredibly friendly, easy to work with. My only concern was I was never provided pictures of the tub surround as discussed and not given the option to chose, just got what was picked out for me. This was a pretty big 4-day project, re-pipe of water, sewer lines, new tankless water heater, new tub and 2 new toilets. I do not love that 2 different toilets were installed. Again, I was not consulted about the style of toilets."

"We were all set to spend close to $1000 on a new water heater. Told him that's what we needed.  This amazing guy came to our home. Said; 'you don't need a new water heater, just a new heat element' Gave us a year guarantee on his work and parts. He said'I don't like to charge people for work they don't need'
Who does that now a days? An honest man, I tell you. Thank you for being an honest person and a person with integrity. You've restored my faith in humanity.
We gave him a dozen homemade organic chocolate chip cookies in our gratitude.
HIRE this guy. you will be glad you did.

"Washington Energy Services did a great job installing our air conditioner, air filtration system, generator and new hot water heater. Charles Hassa did an excellent job explaining our options, providing guidance and answering our questions about the project. The installation technicians did an outstanding job with the installations. They were wonderful about communicating when they would be arriving on site, describing their work, responding to our requests, and cleaning up the job site. Charles and the installation teams, and everyone that we worked with at Washington Energy Services were all very knowledgeable, professional and experienced."

"Friendly same day service, gave me a great deal on a tankless water heater."

"i didn't hire directly.  they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"They were great. The technical and installer was awesome. They were on time and had competitive price. They were honest and responsible."
