"Customer service was great. Quality of work was fine, I did feel pressured to take out a loan and buy a new water heater when all I wanted was the new part i purchased installed. Didn't take out a loan with them. I am a senior and couldn't afford to buy a new water heater at this time. The part works fine. They did sell me a service plan tho."
