"Chad Hartmann came to perform a diagnostics check on my Maytag Bravos XL washer, which simply stopped working. He determined that the control panel was the problem. He gave me options, which is very, very rare. My first was to have it fixed, which he could do and gave me the price. The second was to purchase a new washer for a few more dollars. I opted for the second, so this is why I didn't really "hire" A.G.B. BUT Chad's honesty and professionalism were beyond compare, since my experience is that companies are always trying to make the "almighty buck." So, my recommendation is this: If you want a company that you can TRUST to act in your best interest, look no further. A.G.B.
