They were on time every day and worked their tails off each day. It was a muddy job in cramped quarters. They never complained. Anthony kept me updated on the progress they made each day. Anthony shared pictures of the job as it progressed. They cleaned up the job site each day. Anthony went over all the details at the completion of the job and answered all of my questions. Rob came to my house, quoted me an insulation install, made absolutely sure that they would not cover any existing knob and tube with insulation and prevent a fire. "I found out my water heater was leaking the night before. I noticed water coming from my laundry room had made a puddle of water into the adjacent office space. I decided to wait till next morning because I knew emergency calls can be very expensive. Next morning I started calling around for someone to come out and look at it but was finding it very difficult to find someone to come out same day. I called 3 or 4 different places and they were all not available or Did not call me back. The only company that responded to me within the hour was JM Plumbing. They were also the only company that were willing to come out same day and gave me an awesome price that beat all competitors by far. The owner agreed to come out to do the work at end of day after his last job, he arrived on time with an assistant. Was very professional, friendly, fast and did an excellent job. Total time installing was about about an hour to hour and a half. He went to buy a new water heater and new hose to replace my old one, gave me all receipts and warranty paperwork . I am very satisfied with the work he did, the heater is working beautifully and I am very pleased with the job done by JM Plumbing. I highly recommend them over anyone in olympia, they do an awesome job for an awesome price!"

If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"Cal Reese and his son, Jason, provided a service call on 8/13/13 after I contacted them because I had no hot water, only warm water from the taps.  It was determined that my current hot water heater either needed to be repaired or replaced.  They promised to arrive around 9 AM on the 14th.
Jason arrived on time and started draining the tank in order to determine whether it was going to be a repair or a replacement. When Cal arrived, they discussed possible repairs and determined that the heater needed to be replaced.  (The hot water heater had been in use since 1997.)  
All of the work took approximately 4 hours.  They removed all of the garbage, the old tank, and cleaned up the area.  They put my garden hose back on its rack and even watered my tomato plant.  
I had used Big Bird Plumbing twice in 2012:  they installed a toilet seat bidet which required the placement of a GFI outlet and then came back a couple of months later to install a permanent toilet riser.  They removed their shoes inside my home, at my request, and cleaned up all of the debris and packaging.
