"We drove here from Pittsburgh, turned on the water to our house, and heard a sound as if a hose had been turned on in the second story wall. A water leak came through the ceiling. We shut off the water main supply. The next morning I obtained Jerry Lynch's number from Angie's list. Jerry and his partner came later that morning, removed the cover of the supply access behind the upstairs bath, and saw a broken elbow on a hot water supply pipe.
