They were prompt, they were prepared for COVID, they also put drop cloths down so that they wouldn't dirty the carpet! They took extra care not to mess up the yard by putting down plywood too. "The entire experience went really well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and able to be set at a convenient time for me. Before the technician arrived I received a text message and a phone call with the name of who I should be expecting. They arrived on time and placed their shoe covers on before entering my home. Zach then proceeded to ask if I had any concerns or problems before beginning my plumbing inspection. He checked all of my pipes and drains as well as toilets and water heater. Zach showed me a picture of a pipe that was starting to rust under my sink to make me aware, but mentioned it wasn't something that needed to be done that day. He then informed me of the age and average life of my water heater so I could begin planning for the future. At the end I decided one of my toilets needed to be replaced. He had exactly what I wanted on his truck and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. They left my home as if no one had been there with cleanliness. Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
