"Great work! They came out the next day and replaced our water heater, nice and professional guys!"

"Don't hesitate in doing business with Ben and Water Heaters America. My experience was a call one day and hot water the next. An extremely fair price for a repair that others would recommend doing a full, much more costly replacement."

"We can't say enough good things about Lucky Duck Plumbing and their exemplary work and customer service. We hired them to install a secondary water meter in our home. Tim and Tiffany expertly and efficiently navigated our city's water department 's somewhat complicated process of obtaining a permit to do the work, and had the job done very quickly. We were kept informed of every step of the process. Lucky Duck Plumbing maintains excellent communication with their customer. Tim was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process involved in the job and addressing any concerns we had. Tim did great work in a very appropriate time frame. The price we paid for this job was certainly reasonable. We definitely recommend Lucky Duck Plumbing and will call them again if we need plumbing service."

"Replaced Furnace and Hot water heater, fast and efficient."

"the professional plumber gave me informed advice and I decided to work with my insurance co. because of the massive damage that may be hidden in walls."

"Matt is the type of plumber that everyone is trying to find. Competent, punctual, honest, does the work the job requires without trying to take you for a ride. Initially we were quoted a crazy high number by another company to replace the water heater, we called Matt for a second opinion. He came, assessed that the situation, ordered a replacement part, and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. Hot water is back on, He is a hero. Highly recommend!!!"

"Very professional will call them again should i need another plumbing job"

"Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well. If I ever need any other plumbing/HVAC work I'm going to reach out."

"Craig and Billy were fast, courteous and efficient. I asked them to do four jobs, from installing a cold water line for a refrigerator to clearing a blockage in sink drain line. They did them all quickly and at a very fair price."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
