"Prospect Hardwood Flooring just completed installing 3/4 inch Oak wood floors at my house. The crew had to move heavy furniture, remove the rugs and padding, and remove tack strips. They carefully listened for areas where the subfloor squeaked when stepped on, then screwed those areas to stop the floor from squeaking. The installation from start to finish was flawless from my perspective. All joints are tight. Of particular note is the cove molding. The Miter joints are perfect, and I can't tell where the nails were placed. Cleanup was immaculate too. I've seen the negative reviews here, and I respect the opinions of the people who posted them. Clearly something happened when their jobs were done. When Mike came to my house to give me an estimate, I grilled him on those negative posts. I wanted to hear what he had to say. As one would imagine, there are always two sides to every story. If you are considering hardwood floors, you really need to get an estimate from Mike, and discuss any concerns you have. I'm so glad I did. The floors look amazing."

"The estimator, office, and work crew were fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone who needs there wood floor replaced or repaired. I will be using them in the near future."

"Crew did a great job. The floor is beautiful and matches the old hardwood perfectly. Will hire again or recommend to others."

"Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"massod and his team of installers were fabulous! His team has been with him for 18 years and the quality and professional install was obvious. D&S has also installed my hardwood floors and I love them. I highly recommend D & S for all your flooring needs. Dena"

"Let me start by saying I am a DIYer and was going back-and-forth in my head on whether I was going to do this job myself. However, I know that sanding hardwood floors is a scale and if you mess it up you have to live with that mistake. I researched local Fredericksburg hardwood floor resurfacing companies and found capital flooring. Nelson responded to my request within 30 minutes and came out that same day to give me a price quote. I was surprised at the cost of the total job. I was even a little skeptical at first. I’ve talk to locals who’ve stated there are some real scams out there. THIS IS NOT A SCAM! We scheduled a date and his crew showed up on time the morning of. It’s incredible how fast they work and how exceptionally well the floors look. They are very professional and proficient. They put plastic up all around the areas that accessed other rooms to keep the dust down. They even forewarned me every time they were turning the machine on because it’s loud. I’m so glad I hired capital flooring and I am exceptionally pleased with the product. They sanded off the top layer of my hardwood floors, mixed a stain that matched my new vinyl floors, and applied two coats of oil based polyurethane for the finish. They also installed, and stained flush registers for my exposed ducts and stained new transition pieces to go from hardwood to vinyl flooring. I have already recommended capital flooring to multiple friends and will continue to do so!"

"What an excellent experience! This family run business is top notch. Wayne went out of his way to help get us what we wanted. He spotted items that needed attention and fixed them as they went along, such as wood damage and squeaks in the floor boards. Add commercial grade pads to all the furniture legs. Anytime I need flooring done, WS Flooring will be the one I call!"

"Pacheco Flooring removed our old and worn builder grade wood floors and installed wood like porcelain tile. It was a big job approximately 1800 sq.ft. They were awesome. They sanded and stained our oak staircase to match our new tile. The color was right on. We did the entire living level and a landing on the upstairs. They worked hard and the installers were great and trustworthy. They installed the tile like a wood floor and the grout lines are barely visible. Our new floors look like hand scraped reclaimed wood. Highly recommend them and they were the best value for the price and the final product was tremendous. We did purchase the tile, mortar, and grout separately. Amy and her husband were excellent advisors and helped us make a selection that we chose."

"I had new laminate floors installed in my kitchen. The original flooring was removed and hauled away and new one installed flawlessly with show molding- all in a day! Communication was clear, showed up on time, did what he was contracted to do, and at a reasonable price. I love when a company has clear communications, quality work, and reasonable rates! I'll definitely be reaching out to Tyler in the future!"

"Recently had a flooring installation with carpet removal at my home. The install team sent to do the job was outstanding. The job was done quickly, the were professional and extremely cautious of my home. I would definitely recommend using them for any project."
