The day the job was done, Rufino worked with an assistant. I have used Rufino for a previous job in the past. I am very pleased with the quality of his work. He is a knowledgeable and highly skilled handyman who is very capable of doing and making the necessary repairs in a wide variety of situations. He always arrives on time. He is friendly, polite, and very professional; he works efficiently; and he has a very good work ethic. In addition, he is very respectful of his customers and their home . We were very satisfied with all of the work that was completed in our house on the day of the repairs. Rufino's does exceptional work, and he is trustworthy. He was very helpful with all my questions. He put together my dining room furniture as well as my island stool chairs. Not only was he great at putting everything together, he offered some valuable advice and answered all my questions. I would hire David and his team anytime and will definitely refer him to my friends and family. It is so difficult to let someone in your home much less find someone reasonable. With David he is not going to nickel and dime you and honestly his prices were just right for my budget. "The carpenter that did the job (Adam) was amazing. He had to expand the space for one window, narrow the space for another, and repair much cedar siding that had rotted away due to water damage. He also reshaped my patio door so it would close and lock more easily. He is a very talented carpenter and I have no qualms about highly recommending him."

"LCA removed and replaced over 600 sq. ft. of torch-down roll roofing, installed gutter guard screens, and replaced the floor and railings of my deck. They were professional, courteous, and hard-working. They arrived as scheduled and always left the work area clean at the end of the day. They did a great job at a reasonable price."
