"The whole process was seamless and excellent. After calling, the owner came out, inspected our roof, made recommendations for replacement, and supplied us with sample shingles. Once we made our decision, he sent us a detailed estimate. When we accepted the proposal and arranged a date, he came back and covered all the attic contents with tarps, protecting them from debris. The work was completed in two days and cleanup was very thorough. He returned to remove the tarps and canvassed the perimeter for debris, especially nails and tacks. "Signature Exteriors were very PROFESSIONAL. Can't state that too strongly. The follow-thru was something we hadn't experienced in a long time. Since we were no longer a client of the insurance company when damage had been done to our roof we weren't sure if we would be reimbursed for the damage to the extent we were. This company isn't aren't "ambulance Chasers". We called two other companies to get estimates besides the door knocking company. We would highly recommend. They were given a choice of brand of shingles and not just color. The were also protective of our landscaping bushes and deck. They also included gutter guards for our home."
