"Discovered our 6 yo gas water heater developed a leak. Decided to call on these guys as they provide the annual maintenance for our A/C and furnace. Called early AM and they were able to have a service technician on-site within 3 hours. After inspecting the tank and finding the source, the technician proposed the replacement options. Although most seem costly, the technician did a great job of explaining the work involved and how much time it would take. After doing some research, I went with these guys....and everything went to plan. Was able to schedule an appointment that worked for our schedule. The same technician came back out with another colleague. The entire job took about 5 hours. They answered all my questions. And they worked very neat. Yeah, they weren't the 'cheapest.' But, they corrected some previous issues, worked efficiently and completed the job correctly and in relatively quick time. They new exactly what to do and how to do it. Very good experience. "This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"Celco was the best from initial phone call to install finish, never used them before, my hvac of 16 years was going to charge me $800.00 more and could not get me heat for 10 days. Celco offered me heat fans, and the job was done in 3 days from phone call to done. "Two men came, both personable and seemingly competent. After we explained that the malfunctioning toilet was part of original plumbing and that other bath downstairs was installed in later renovation, they decided to perhaps try to clear things from there. They were all set to remove the newer toilet ( which made no sense to us) when we pointed out that the main line out of the house left from the other side of the downstairs. So then they decided to try to root the main line (more logical!) but at this point they are about 45 minutes in to the house call. They went in first with the big rooter which would not go through a tangle of roots about 10 feet past the foundation. Then they went in with smaller rooter head and were able to get through enough that the problem would be "temporarily relieved." They left us with plumbing liquid to use if there was further backup before we did the "permanent" repair. They then said what needed to be done was to clear line down to city sewer line, a 60 foot run that would require excavation and replacement of approximately 60 feet of main house line to ciy sewer. Their estimate was $6875. After paying the $435 for the call, we called others for second opinion. The man we hired had a totally different, and more effective, approach to pinpointing the problem and charged $1200 for excavating and replacing the juncture of the main and secondary house sewer line which was where clog had occurred. Warranty and CD of camera run (before and after) down main line to city sewer."
