The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. "Billy and his team did an excellent job of replacing everything with the water system. Upgraded well pump and pipes, replacing pressure tank and water heater. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets,also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
