"Great service! Excellent price! My well pump died Thursday night. I called first thing Friday AM and Dave finished up a small job and was here by 9:05. He was excellent at diagnosing the problem, and methodically went through the small things before recommending a new pump. He explained everything to me, and recommended things (new wiring, barb fitting, pressure gauge) without it being a hard sell. He used quality products and materials. He was done before noon, and that's with me asking him to adjust the pressure switch and tank. Everything works great! I am a very satisfied customer."

"Ron's employee's are very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, as is the owner Ron. They found the problem immediately. They fixed all leaks, drainage issues, and replaced the sum-pump. They cleaned everything up and would not have known they were here. I highly recommend this company to anyone with basement leaks. He is a local business owner, which is better than a corporate company."

"I want to recommend Fonseca and Griffin Plumbing in East Syracuse. I called them about 2 months ago to fix a leak under a bathroom sink. Plumber Jason came and fixed the leak. But the problem reappeared today and Jason juggled his work schedule to return immediately to fix it. Turns out that the new leak was from a different source than the original problem—nonetheless, Jason and the company agreed to adjust the charge for the second visit in a very fair manner. I judge a company both by their expertise and customer care—and give Fonseca and Griffin high marks in both areas!"

"He was there on time and came the same day I called. He did the job very quickly and answered all the questions that I had about my tank. I was very pleased with his work. I will definitely use him again. <br />"

"When I first saw Tim, I really liked his attitude, which was along the lines of doing the obvious fixes first to see if that takes care of the problem. He took time to educate me on the construction of my new home and what to look for to make sure things were fixed. Others had acted like they were trying to sell me as many of their services as possible. <br /> The dehumidifier was installed the day after the contract was signed; the rest of the work was done a couple weeks later, about 2 weeks ahead of schedule due to another job taking less time than expected. Five young men converged on my house and started hand digging the trenches for the downspouts and window wells. The sixth one came in and installed the sump pump. In spite of the numerous tree roots and rocks the guys came across and that two window wells were under a cantilever 18 inches off the ground, they remained cheerful and worked industriously throughout the day. They were polite and easy going toward me. I felt like my sons and nephews were doing the work (that's a compliment). When they were done we shook hands, teased each other a bit more and off they went. Since then all components have worked wonderfully. <br />"

"Ordered the health scan report to get a comprehensive analysis of our water beyond the suspected problem of bacteria. The sample kit arrived within a couple days. The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

"The workmanship is great, honest and friendly team. We love the system and enjoy having a home filter system for chemical free water. We do not buy bottle water anymore and it saves us a lot of money too! It is well worth the investment."
