"The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean.
