"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"Charlie's crew came a day early and got right to work! They also finished early after working 8am-6pm. They worked tirelessly. Out of 3 bids his was the most reasonable, they were the only ones who could start when we needed him to (which was ASAP) and their bid was all inclusive. No extra charges or fees for any plywood or facia that needed to be replaced or repaired. AND their warranty was the longest (15 years)! He came over after the first day and showed us the progress on his drone and was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs roof work done."

"German Roofing was the last company I talked too after getting 3 different quotes. The work I needed completed was replacing around 15 broken tiles, replacing some mortar at certain joints, and installing storm collars. They were not the lowest cost but by far not the highest. I chose them because they did all the little things correctly. Showed up on time, written quote, had a matter of fact conversation to determine what needed to be completed.
