"A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. "Let me start by saying that in AZ definitely need a miracle not to see a bug or creepy crawler in your home! I hired Carl to do general pest spray . He was able to come out the same day and do a spray throughout my entire house and yard. Communication was superb, he was very upfront and honest about the cost which I appreciated! I chose to go on a monthly service and havenâ  t seen a bug since. Definitely recommend! Best part no locking me in with a contract - love that!"
