As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

"All went precisely as planned. We were given a start date, a finish date and all hours that were to be involved. The work team arrived on time, ready for work and were very capable and pleasant. The project involved removal and disposal of an old, concrete patio and walkway and the replacement of same, but in beautiful Pennsylvania Blue Stone. Juan and his crew adapted to some changes we made “on the fly” and contributed their expertise to solving any problems, of which there were few. The only negative was, perhaps, the price but I’ve learned over the years that you get what you pay for. In this case it was well worth the small additional cost. HIghly recommended. (Total sq. Footage of patio and walkway = 600 square feet.)"

"Overall job was performed satisfactorily although I thought communication could have been better. The asphalt portion of the job was scheduled to be completed in one day, however, by mid-afternoon the workers had left and the job was not finished. I had to be proactive and contact the company to find out if installation was still going to take place that day or if it would move to the next day. I was told it would move to the next day which was ok. I asked if they could place a couple of orange safety cones next to the demolition area overnight since it was in an area where there was frequent foot traffic; this was agreed. When I returned to the job site late that night no cones were present. <br /> The overall quality of the asphalt work was satisfactory, the concrete work was excellent. <br /> I know this was a small job and think perhaps communication might be better with larger jobs / clients."

He listens to your design ideas. He will also make recommendations,and he backs up his work. If you want it done right the 1st time Joe is the person to call. I started with remodeling one bathroom for my 85 year old mother to make it more accessible for her. She had a bathtub, we changed it to a walk-in shower. Once I saw his work I decided to do my second bathroom. He helped me with the financing to pay for the second bathroom. He did a beautiful job on both bathrooms. After a year doing my bathroom I've rehired him to do more projects in my home. He's the one that I call for future projects because I know his work his exceptional."
